Packing configuration
Flat-packed for storage and international shipping
The box bodies can be packed flat with protective inner packing before they are placed in corrugated export cartons. This reduces occupied volume compared with supplying the same boxes already assembled.
Packing configuration shown is an illustration. Carton count, carton dimensions and pallet arrangement are confirmed for each order.

From product brief to finished box
Confirm the product brief
Provide the product dimensions, quantity, destination, target delivery date and any artwork or reference image available.
Develop the foldable structure
The assembled size, wrapped panels, magnetic closure, side folds and optional insert are confirmed for the project.
Approve the sample
A physical sample can be prepared in 5–7 days after the specification and usable artwork are confirmed.
Produce and pack flat
Bulk production is scheduled after approval. Inner protection and export carton configuration are confirmed before shipment.

Yes. Custom printed wraps and colour options can be combined with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and matte or gloss lamination, subject to project confirmation.
Available insert formats include EVA foam, paperboard, sponge and custom die-cut inserts. The insert layout is developed around the product dimensions.
