The plant

Made in Hangzhou

The company has manufactured since 2004, and board is still cut, wrapped, assembled and packed in one plant — which is why the structure and the schedule can be answered together.

What the facility actually covers

Board is cut, wrapped, assembled, printed and packed on one site, which is why the structure and the schedule can be answered together rather than passed between suppliers.

Box making

Rigid board cutting, corner wrapping, lid and base assembly, magnetic closure fitting, fold-flat creasing.

Print and finishing

Printed wraps, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV and lamination, applied before assembly.

Inserts

Paperboard trays, EVA foam and sponge cavities, and die-cut inserts, cut to what is being packed.

Packing for export

Flat-packed or assembled, into export cartons sized to the order and the route.

What is published, and what is not

The photographs above are of the plant itself. Equipment lists, capacity per line and quality-control records are not published here — ask and they are covered with your quotation.

The figures on this page are the ones the plant is run on, and the packaging shown across this site is produced there. Questions about capacity, equipment or scheduling can go to yong@100yd.com.cn and will be answered directly.

Next step

Send us the brief. We will price it.

Tell us what you are packing, how many, and where it is going. You will get a quote and a structural recommendation back.
