What this project record demonstrates
- Direct meeting and technical packaging review at the client headquarters in Sydney
- Prototype structure, dimensions and product fit reviewed before production
- Printed corrugated retail packs assembled and inspected during manufacturing
- Moisture-protected palletisation, high-bay warehousing and supervised export loading
From headquarters meeting to approved packaging direction
The order started face to face in Sydney. The client team and YEAR DAY reviewed the packaging in its real retail and warehouse context before the production direction was confirmed.

Building the project around direct client collaboration
YEAR DAY met the client team at Hitachi Australia headquarters in Sydney to begin the packaging programme and align the commercial and technical direction for the order.

Reviewing the packaging in its real product environment
The team discussed structure, display and handling requirements in the Sydney showroom, connecting the packaging decision to how the products would be presented and used.

Checking dimensions and practical pack performance
Open printed packs were inspected on site to review dimensions, fit and consistency before the order advanced to full manufacturing execution.

Evaluating the prototype structure before production
The physical pack was opened and reviewed for its construction, lid relationship and internal use, turning the meeting conclusions into an agreed packaging direction.
Converting the approved direction into repeatable production
The agreed structure moved into factory assembly, inner-pack checks, moisture-protected palletisation and controlled warehousing before dispatch.

Assembling the printed packs in production
Operators formed and assembled the green printed corrugated packs on the workshop line, translating the approved structure into repeatable production steps.

Checking the packed retail units inside the export carton
The close-up records finished retail packs arranged inside the outer carton so the team could check orientation, protection and packing consistency.

Wrapping export cartons for protected handling
Finished master cartons were palletised and stretch-wrapped to reduce moisture and handling exposure before warehousing and container loading.

Holding the completed order in controlled outbound storage
Packed cartons were placed into high-bay storage as a consolidated outbound order, ready for the scheduled export-loading stage.
From protected pallets to supervised container loading
The final stage records the large-scale outbound operation: two containers, forklift loading and the YEAR DAY representative personally supervising the dispatch.

Preparing two export containers for the completed order
Palletised master cartons were staged across two export containers, documenting the physical outbound scale of the completed packaging programme.

Loading protected pallets into the container
A forklift moved wrapped pallets into the export container, maintaining the agreed packing and handling sequence during the loading operation.

Personally checking the order at the final loading stage
The YEAR DAY representative remained on site to supervise the container-loading stage and close the production-to-export handover for the completed order.
