  • How to inquiry?
     
    Pls tell me the material, size, artwork, quantity of the products you need as well as delivery method.
    If you are the first time to do the items, just send me your similar pictures, or tell me your idea, we will give you suggestions for reference and if you need, we have our own designers who can design for you...
    If you have your own designer, then you can first prepare your design files and then send us for reference…
    You can also download our design templates on the web.
     
  • How to Prepare Files?
     
    For the files, it is best to prepare them as follows:

    FILE FORMAT:

    We accept file formats CDR and AI, the best design files for printing.
    PSD, PDF, JPG and PNG are also OK, but the resolution must be higher than 400DP, or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
     
  • COLOR MODE:
    Usually CMYK is the standard color mode used for printing, so:
    Your colored artwork or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) color mode.
    Your black & white artworks or images must be provided in grayscale color mode. Heavy black ink might cause smearing.
    Please keep in mind that as color accuracy depends on various factors, starting from the original design itself, all the way to the end of the process, we or any other printers cannot guarantee that your color will be exactly matched, due to the nature of gang-run, offset printing.

    OUTLINE:

    Outline means to change the words to paths or curves.
    Since the word fonts in different computer do not match exactly, it may be missing or changed when open in a different computer. Therefore, to make sure the font is correct as well as to avoid the missing of your symbol and words, it is necessary for you to outline your press-ready designs.

    BLEED:

    Bleed is the portion of the product that will be trimmed off when it is cut in to the final size.
    For cutting your product perfectly, a bleed is required to ensure that a white line does not show on the edges of your product.
    We require all files to be built with full bleed dimension specified for each trim size.
    We automatically trim the bleed off of each side, which will result in the desired trim size.
    Usually the bleed is 0.125" (3mm) on all four sides. So when you are making your file, please build your print-ready digital files by adding the appropriate bleed.

    CROP MARKS:

    Please build your press-ready digital files by adding crop marks, lines indicating where the paper should be cut to produce the correct size.

    SAFE ZONE:

    All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least 0.125" (3mm) inside the edge. Anything left close to edge may be cut off during trimming.
     
  • How to get a sample?
     
    1. After confirming the order, you can get my similar samples which we have produced before for checking the quality. The samples are free, but the shipping cost needs to be paid by you.
    2. If you want a real printed sample of your own design, we will charge some sample fees.

  • What is the usual production time?
     
    For the production time, it varies according to different quantities and artworks.

          Business Cards:5 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

              Special Art Paper: additional 3 working days.
              Embossing/UV/Foiling: additional 3 working days each.
              Edge gilding: additional 5 working days.
              Die cutting: additional 2 working days.
              Quantity Over 5K: additional 2 working days per 5k.

          Hang Tags:5 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

              Special Art Paper: additional 3 working days.
              Embossing/UV/Foiling: additional 3 working days each.
              Die cutting: additional 2 working days.
              Stringing: additional 2 working days.
              Quantity Over 5K: additional 2 working days per 5k.

         Flyers/Folders/ Posters:5 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

              Special Art Paper: additional 3 working days.
              Embossing/UV/Foiling: additional 3 working days each.
              Quantity Over 10K: additional 2 working days per 5k.

         Booklets/Brochures/Catalogues:7 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

              Special Art Paper: additional 5 working days.
              Wire Binding: additional 5 working days.
              Hard Cover: additional 10 working days.
              Quantity Over 10K: additional 5 working days per 5k.

         Letterheads/Color Cards:3-5 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

         Jewelry Boxes/ Chocolate Boxes/ Cake Boxes/Shoe Boxes: 15 working days after approval of designs and payments.

              Special Surface Paper: additional 3 working days.
              With Embossing/UV/Foiling Technique: additional 5 working days each.
              With Tray: additional 5 working days.
              Quantity Over 5K: additional 12 working days per 5k.

         Paper Bags: 15 working days after Orders/Designs approved and Payment processed

              Special Art Paper: additional 3 working days.
              With Embossing/UV/Foiling Technique: additional 5 working days each.
              Quantity Over 5K: additional 10 working days per 5k.

    Attention:
    Our working time is from Monday to Saturday. For our usual holiday, you will be noticed in advance.
    During the holiday season or busy period, our standard printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional working days due to an increase in our production volume. And the specific production time will depend. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • What is the usual shipping time?
     
    For the shipping, we usually have three shipping methods.
    The Shipping Time is usually 3-7 working days by express or by air freight, and around a month by sea freight.
    If by express, the products will be delivered door to door.
    If by air freight, the products will be delivered to the nearest airport you designate, which means that you need to pick them up at the airport as well as clearing the customs.
    If by sea freight, the products will be delivered to the nearest port you designate and you need to pick them up at the port.

 

  • What are your payment terms?
     
    We accept PayPal or Escrow or bank transfer. 50% deposit before production and the rest 50% balance paid before shipping.

  • What if there is problem with the products after receiving?
     
    Since printing products always has color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid that, but we will take pictures for you to check before shipping.
    If it is other big mistakes made by us during production, we will reprint for you free of charge.
